A KU Law alumnus and U.S. military veteran, Kelley Sears brings decades of litigation experience to the classroom. He spent 19 years with top Kansas City firms, including a stint managing his own. Sears served as Acting General Counsel and Head of Litigation at Koch Industries and spent 11 years at Walmart, where he served as General Counsel for the Stores Division and Litigation Division and as Deputy General Counsel for Walmart Stores, Inc. He retired from Walmart and joined the KU Law faculty in 2013.
