Andrew Muller is a partner in Stinson LLP's Bankruptcy Division. He has represented banks and other lenders as creditors in bankruptcy cases and as plaintiffs or defendants in civil litigation. Andrew has experience representing clients at all stages of dealing with loan issues and problem loans, including drafting workout agreements, filing suit when appropriate and defending against lender liability lawsuits. Building upon his prior experience as a commercial litigator, Andrew uses his litigation skills to represent lenders in multiple types of lawsuits in addition to borrower disputes including check fraud cases, wrongful foreclosure cases, Fair Credit Reporting Act cases and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act cases. Prior to entering private practice, Andrew was a law clerk to the Honorable Gary A. Fenner in the Western District of Missouri.
