Stephanie Kalahurka is a partner with Fenimore Kay Harrison Ford, which has offices in Kansas City, Missouri, and Austin, Texas. She has significant legal, regulatory and operational experience in the financial institutions industry. She previously served as a financial examiner with the Texas Department of Banking. The sole focus of Ms. Kalahurka’s subsequent legal practice has been the corporate and regulatory representation of commercial banks, thrifts, holding companies, and other financial institutions.
